LexaConsent Terms of Service

Effective 5 September 2026 · Lumerexa (AC Bilişim), Türkiye

By installing LexaConsent from the Shopify App Store you agree to these terms together with Shopify's Terms of Service.

1. The service

LexaConsent provides a storefront consent banner, Google Consent Mode v2 signalling, consent logging, analytics, a cookie-policy page template and a Consent Mode health check. Features depend on the plan you select in Shopify; plans, prices and trials are shown on Shopify's plan page and billed by Shopify.

2. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your store's legal compliance: choosing the categories and texts shown to your visitors, deciding which regions require consent, keeping Shopify's own banner off when LexaConsent is active, and reviewing the generated cookie-policy page before publishing it. The health check reports what our browser observed at one moment; it is a diagnostic aid, not a legal certification.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to bypass consent requirements, to collect data about visitors beyond what the app records, or to run health checks against stores you do not operate.

4. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Support is provided by e-mail at support@lumerexa.com, normally within two business days.

5. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Lumerexa is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or regulatory penalties arising from the use of the app; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination

You can uninstall the app at any time; Shopify stops billing at the end of the current cycle. We delete your data 30 days after uninstall as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend the service for abuse or non-payment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
